1. What are cookies and similar techniques?

Cookies are small text files that may be placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar techniques are, for example, localStorage, sessionStorage or scripts needed for parts of a website to function properly.

2. Which cookies and techniques do we use?

The Pientro website only uses techniques required for the website to function and for forms to be processed.

We use, among others:

• technical functionality necessary for the website to operate;
• form processing via the central Link2Leap backend;
• email notifications via Resend;
• Google Fonts via CDN to load typefaces.

These techniques are not used for advertising, remarketing or tracking visitors across other websites.

3. Google Fonts

For the visual design of the website, typefaces may be loaded via Google Fonts. Your IP address may be technically visible to Google when fonts are loaded.

We use Google Fonts solely for the visual presentation of the website and not for tracking or marketing purposes.

4. Forms

When you submit a form on the website, we process the data you provide. This data is processed via the central Link2Leap backend and forwarded to an internal email address so we can handle your request, message or sign-up.

Examples of data that may be processed via forms include name, organisation, email address, phone number, subject, message content and form context such as page and form type.

5. What we do not use

At present we do not use:

• Google Analytics;
• Google Tag Manager;
• LinkedIn Insight Tag;
• Meta Pixel;
• TikTok Pixel;
• Hotjar;
• Microsoft Clarity;
• chat widgets;
• reCAPTCHA;
• YouTube or social media embeds that set cookies;
• marketing or tracking cookies.

6. Is consent required?

Because we currently do not use cookies or similar techniques that require prior consent, we do not display a cookie banner.

If we use analytical cookies, marketing cookies, tracking pixels or external embeds requiring consent in the future, we will first request consent via a cookie banner or preference screen.

7. Changes

We may update this cookie statement when our website, the techniques used or legal obligations change. The most recent version is always available on this page.
